Top 5 Podcasts to Listen to During Isolation
Post by: The Kinship Studio
It's the middle of March and as of right now, the majority of us Canadians are working from home. It can be easy to get overwhelmed by the news and social media but we want to give you the gentle reminder to put your phone down, turn off the TV, stop refreshing the CBC app and take a breath.
Although it's important to know what's going on, it's also important to give yourself a break. What better way to take a break then to listen to a good quality podcast. We'd recommend getting out of your house and go for a walk while you listen. Take in that fresh air and get your mind off things even just for half an hour.
We recommend these podcasts for anyone! You don't need to own a business to enjoy them.
With that said, here are our top 5 favourite podcasts to listen to.
